Delinquency Board
A live accounting of who has filed and who has not for the current reporting cycle. Site reviews are due three times a week — Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 12:01 AM EST — so a missed report is caught the moment it happens, not discovered weeks later.

Filing Status by Property
Ranked by escalationThe Enforcement Protocol
Reminders alone have not worked. From this cycle forward, every property runs on the same escalation ladder. Nothing here is punitive for its own sake — it exists to make a missed report visible, owned, and resolved before it becomes a pattern.
Week 1 — Warning
An automated filing reminder goes to the property CEO on Friday. A missed Saturday deadline flags the property amber here and on the Command Center. No excuses logged — the clock simply starts.
Week 2 — Final Notice
A second consecutive miss escalates to orange and is surfaced in the Chairman’s Brief. The Ecosystem CEO makes direct contact with the responsible lead to resolve the blocker.
Week 3 — Recommended for Review
Three consecutive misses turns the property red and is formally entered into the CEO Succession review. The Board is notified and the designation is placed under evaluation.
The reporting gap is mine to close, Chairman. This board is the mechanism I own it through: every property, every week, in plain view. I will report the compliance number to you each Sunday, and I will act on every red flag the ladder produces. No more silence, no more surprises.
